What are the system requirements of the program?
Android 6.0 (API 23) and above.
What is the difference between Basic and Premium version?
Tilla Premium is one-time purchase, which enables such features:
- Cloud Synchronization
Enables synchronization of user data across multiple devices using Google Drive or Dropbox.
- Unlimited Subscriptions Tracking
Allows tracking of an unlimited number of subscriptions.
- Local Backups
Offers the option to create local backups of subscription data.
- Customization Options
Provides a set of different colorful themes for interface customization.
- Dark Mode
Includes a dark interface theme, suitable for use in low-light environments or for users who prefer a darker screen.
I didn't like the app, what should I do?
If less than a week has passed after the purchase, then contact Google Play for help and they will automatically refund your money. If it's more than that, email me at pavel.rekun.development@gmail.com and send me your purchase ID that starts with GPA and I'll try to help you.
What will happen if I will change my device?
When you purchase Tilla Premium, in Google Play, it will be assigned to your Google account. If you use the same Google account on a new or factory reset device, you will have access to all previous purchases.
Why I don't receive reminders for the subscriptions?
One of the main reasons, why you don't receive any reminders from the Tilla is your device. On some Chinese devices (OPPO, Xiaomi, OnePlus, etc.) and some other devices, manufacturers make some kind of "battery/system optimizations", which may affect how Tilla works. You need to disable these optimizations for Tilla and try again. Check more information about your device - https://dontkillmyapp.com/.
Tilla is missing some bundled subscriptions or I want to propose new services
If you find that Tilla is missing some bundled subscriptions or you want to propose new services, you can contribute by sending an email to the developer. Here's how you can do it:
Compose an Email: Write me an email at pavel.rekun.development@gmail.com.
Include Necessary Information: In your email, provide the following details about the subscription or service you are proposing:
- Title: The name of the subscription or service.
- Website: The official website or a relevant link to the subscription or service.
- Category: The category under which the subscription or service falls.
Wait for Verification: I will review your proposal. If it meets the criteria and is deemed a valuable addition, it may be included in future updates of the app.
However, there is already a list of services, that won't be added in the app, because of different reasons:
- Anything from Viacom18 (Jio, Jio Fiber, etc.), since I have already received on strike from the company with warning about app removal.
